You’ll also only be a short shuttle bus ride (route 2) from hustle and bustle of Whistler’s main village. Complimentary local, long distance and international telephone calls (to land lines only), and complimentary cable Internet connection are available in all units.

Check-out Time:

No later than 10:00am. There will be a $100.00 “Late Departure Fee” applied if you should not depart by 10:00 am. Please ensure that all keys, locks and Hanging Parking Passes are returned to the Whiski Jack Check-in office. A drop box is located at the front door of the Check-in office for those departing early. A charge of $150.00 for lost keys, $30.00 for locks and $50.00 for Hanging Parking Passes will be levied if they are not returned by 12:00pm. Unfortunately we are no longer able to accommodate late checkouts on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Guest Directories:

Whiski Jack is proud to present our ‘Guest Directories’, which are located in the living area of your unit. In these you can find a vast array of information on both your particular unit and the surrounding Whistler area. If you require any further information, please contact the Guest Services on 604-932-6500 ext.1.

Noise Disturbances:

For noise disturbances onsite after 11:00pm please call 604-905-2500
For noise disturbances off premise after 11:00pm please call 604-932-3044.
(Please note that if security is called because of noise from your unit you will be charged accordingly)

Housekeeping & Maintenance:

If you have any Housekeeping or Maintenance requests during your stay, please contact the front desk on 604-932-6500 ext.1. Our housekeeping and maintenance departments will not disturb you during your stay unless requested.

Laundry:

Common area facilities are located on site near the entrance. Please see map for directions. It is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm (room remains locked during these hours – ensure all laundry is out of the machine by 8pm). You will need coins: $2.50 for the washer and $2.50 for the dryer. (loonies & quarters are required) See the map for the location. The combination code for the lock is 0490*.

Telephone:

All calls, including local, long distance and international calls are free of charge and can be dialed directly. Please keep in mind that some cell phones do not accept long distance / international calls. Area code 604 must be placed in front of the telephone number when making local calls.

Internet:

“Cable” Internet connection is provided FREE in your unit. Instructions are as follows:
1. Take the Ethernet cable from the SHAW modem located next to TV and plug into the Ethernet port on your computer
2. Restart your computer
3. Open your web browser to connect to the internet

Your Keys:

One key provided with the unit number marked on it is for the door to your unit. Please take note of the charges that will apply should any of the keys be lost.

Garbage & Recycling:

Garbage and Recycling is your responsibility. The dumpster/recycling facilities is located on site, please see map for details. The combination for the lock is 0490*. After you have disposed of the garbage/recycling, please pull the handle to close the door and push the center button to lock the door. We have also provided a small blue recycling bin in your unit, to separate your recycling from your garbage.

Skis & Bikes:

Skis and bikes can be stored inside the entranceway of the unit. It is not permitted to keep bikes on the outdoor patio, if they are found there the strata will fine you. Snowboards may be stored in the unit laid flat on the floor. Bicycle locks are not provided. Please note that we bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your skis and bikes while in storage during your stay.

Kitchen Appliances & Utensils:

Please exercise extreme care when using all kitchen appliances and utensils. Please avoid severe hot to cold temperature changes when using the Pyrex dishes in your unit.

Pets & Smoking:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. You will be charged a hypoallergenic cleaning if you bring a pet into the unit. Due to allergies and respiratory problems of some of the owners and future guests, smoking is also prohibited. If you will be smoking, please do so outside of the unit. A $500.00 Hypo-Allergenic Cleaning Fee will be applied to any occupant who is found to have violated the above.

Private Hot Tubs:

Applicable to Units 15 & 72 only: If your unit has a private hot tub, it will be chemically re-balanced every Tuesday and Saturday by our Maintenance department between 10:00am and 12:00pm.

Parking:

Parking is above ground; please park as close to your unit as possible. The Fire Lane restrictions are strictly enforced. Your second vehicle MUST be parked in the secondary lot ONLY, there are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. The Front Desk MUST issue you a second Hanging Parking Pass for this area. If a Hanging Parking Pass is lost, there will be a charge levied of $50 per Hanging Parking Pass.

Please hang your Hanging Parking Pass from your rearview mirror so it is clearly visible from outside the vehicle, before leaving your vehicle, or a parking ticket will be issued at your expense. If it is not clearly visible, a parking ticket will be issued.

Directions:

Exit Whistler Village by going up Village Gate Blvd to the set of lights at Highway 99. Turn left and head south on Hwy 99 towards Vancouver for approximately 4 km (2.5 miles). At your fourth left, you will see a sign saying “Whistler Highlands”. Turn left here onto Whistler Road (you will pass the Highland Lodge on your right). Continue on Whistler Road, keeping to the right at every STOP sign to the top of the hill. Your last right will be onto Cavendish Way where you will see the large Whiski Jack sign. Turn left at the sign, and go up the hill.
